Refund Policy

At Haatza India Private Limited (“Haatza”, “we”, “our”), customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for purchases made on the Haatza platform.

By placing an order on Haatza, you agree to this Refund Policy.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • Order canceled by customer before shipment.

  • Seller cancels due to stock unavailability, pricing/listing error, or serviceability issues.

  • Return/replacement is approved under the Return & Replacement Policy.

  • Product received is defective, damaged, counterfeit, or not as described.

  • Failed or duplicate payment transaction.

 

2. Refund Method

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout (except Cash on Delivery).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed to your bank account/UPI ID provided in Refund Settings.

 

3. Refund Timelines

Refund initiation starts immediately after approval of cancellation/return. Actual credit timelines depend on banks/payment providers:

Note: In rare cases, refunds may take up to 10–12 working days due to bank processing delays.

 

4. Partial Refunds

  • If part of an order is canceled/returned, refunds are processed only for the canceled/returned items.

  • Discounts/coupons may be recalculated for the remaining items as per offer T&Cs.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, groceries).

  • Customized/personalized items (e.g., tailored apparel, engraved products).

  • Hygiene/healthcare products once packaging is opened.

  • Digital products once code/license is delivered.

 

6. Failed or Delayed Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeline, please check My Orders → Payment & Refunds.

  • If still pending, contact your bank/payment provider with the refund reference ID (RBI UTR number) shared by Haatza.

  • You can also contact our support team for assistance.

 

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If you raise a chargeback with your bank, Haatza reserves the right to contest the claim with proof of delivery/service.

  • Any misuse of refund/chargeback processes may result in suspension of your account.
