Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

The delivery date may vary due to holidays observed by the Seller or our delivery partners between the order placement date and the estimated delivery date. In such cases, an extra day is added to the estimated time. Additionally, some Sellers and delivery partners do not operate on Sundays, which is considered in the delivery timeline.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

Sellers generally procure and ship items within the timeframe specified on the product page. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Estimated delivery time depends on:

The Seller offering the product

Product availability with the Seller

Destination of the shipping address and Seller's location

 

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?

Varying delivery times are due to differences in product availability, Seller’s geographic location, your shipping destination, and the delivery partner's efficiency in your area. Enter your default pin code on the product page for more accurate delivery estimates.

 

Seller cannot ship to my area. Why?

Enter your pincode on the product page to check serviceability. If not provided until checkout, the pincode from your shipping address will be used. Delivery depends on:

Whether the Seller ships to your location

Legal restrictions on specific products

Availability of reliable delivery partners

Some Sellers may choose not to ship to certain areas at their discretion.

 

Why is the Cash on Delivery (CoD) option unavailable in my location?

CoD availability depends on whether our delivery partners can accept cash at your location. There are limits to the cash amount accepted, which may vary by destination. Check CoD availability by entering your pin code on the product page.

 

How do I return an item and arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are simple. Contact Haatza to initiate a return, and you’ll receive a call explaining the process. We’ll arrange for Ekart Logistics to pick up the item where possible. If not, you can use a third-party service, and the return fees will be covered by the Seller.

 

I didn’t receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.

If you receive a delivery confirmation but didn’t get the product, report this within 7 days of the confirmation date for us to investigate.

 

What do different tags like "In Stock," "Available" mean?

In Stock: Ready for delivery based on your pin code (2-6 business days) or via Registered Post (1-2 weeks).

Available: Not in stock but can be procured upon order; delivery time varies.

Preorder/Forthcoming: Available for pre-booking; ships on the release date.

Out of Stock: Unavailable for purchase; use "Notify Me" for updates.

Imported: Sourced internationally, may take 10+ days for delivery.

Back In Stock Soon: Popular item on backorder; delivery as per Seller’s timeline.

Temporarily Unavailable: Currently out of stock; use "Notify Me" for restock alerts.

Permanently Discontinued/Out of Print: No longer available for purchase.

 

Does Haatza deliver internationally?

Currently, Haatza does not offer international shipping. Purchases can be made using credit/debit cards from India and 21 other countries, but the delivery address must be within India.
